Our client is a long-standing food service operator, supplying various businesses across Australia for decades.
Your new role
This role reports directly to the Accounts Manager and provides accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to client queries in a timely manner on a day-to-day basis.
Cash Handling and taking orders
Entering data into the accounting system.
Liaising with different stakeholders regarding accounting queries.
Create Customer invoices
Receipt Customer payments
Daily Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
Debt Collection
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be responsible for the duties outlined above and will require the following:
Essential experience
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour and manner.
High attention to detail
Willingness to learn new tasks and be a team player
Strong excellence skills
Thrives in a dynamic role and is eager to take initiative.
Minimum of three years of experience in Accounting and Customer service roles.
