Join a leading banking organisation on an initial 12-month contract as part of their global HCM transformation program.
This opportunity is specifically for an Advanced Compensation HCM Specialist, to act as the Business Lead to implement the HCM solution (Workday) for this organisation globally.
You will undertake project activity as directed by the program to ensure all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget. You will draw on previous implementation experience across design, compliance/ jurisdictional requirements, testing, cut-over and Go-live activities.
Your new role
Apply relevant specialist knowledge and experience to understand, influence and advise working closely with the Product Owner in day-to-day decision-making.
Assist in the delivery of HCM & Payroll solution for this organisation, working closely with vendors across functional design and implementation activities.
Work closely with the squad members and other HCM Specialists and Product Owners, as key experts across the product and processes at local and ideally global level, as well as best practice recommendations.
