Your new role
As the Product Manager for Pay products, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring compliance and driving innovation. You'll manage performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver strategic roadmaps to enhance customer experience and achieve financial targets.
Develop and implement product vision and strategy of credit cards
Analyse the performance of current products and manage product P&L.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve overall profitability.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to end-of-life.
Ensure timely execution and continuous improvement of products.
Work closely with stakeholders to drive optimal commercial outcomes.
Actively monitor customer feedback, product satisfaction, and advocacy.
Recommend and implement product and experience changes.
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years in product & portfolio management, preferably with a focus on credit card products.
Experience in creating product roadmaps, prioritising features, and communicating with stakeholders.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
Skill in identifying challenges and developing creative solutions to keep product development on track.
Ability to develop a clear product vision, define long-term goals, and create actionable plans.
Proficiency in organising and interpreting data to make decisions and optimise product features.
Willingness to explore new ideas and drive innovation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
