• Develop and implement product vision and strategy of credit cards
• Analyse the performance of current products and manage product P&L.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve overall profitability.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to end-of-life.
• Ensure timely execution and continuous improvement of products.
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive optimal commercial outcomes.
• Actively monitor customer feedback, product satisfaction, and advocacy.
• Recommend and implement product and experience changes.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years in product & portfolio management, preferably with a focus on credit card products.
• Experience in creating product roadmaps, prioritising features, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Skill in identifying challenges and developing creative solutions to keep product development on track.
• Ability to develop a clear product vision, define long-term goals, and create actionable plans.
• Proficiency in organising and interpreting data to make decisions and optimise product features.
• Willingness to explore new ideas and drive innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
