Your new role

In this 4-month temporary assignment, you’ll step into the role of Senior Lawyer, providing expert legal advice on administrative law, statutory interpretation, and privacy legislation. You’ll also represent the agency in courts and tribunals, contribute to legislative projects, and work closely with senior stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Admission as a legal practitioner in NSW.
• Current practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong background in administrative law and statutory interpretation.
• Experience in litigation and legal drafting.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and across teams.
