Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join a trusted financial advisory firm in an Administration role. Whether you are seeking a temp-to-perm pathway or a direct permanent position, our client offers flexibility to suit your career needs. This full-time, in-office role includes an early 2:30 PM finish on Fridays and an ASAP start.
Key duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to financial advisers
- Handling appointment scheduling and document preparation
- Assisting with correspondence and client records
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office systems and financial planning software (preferred)
