Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Full end to end bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations
• Payroll processing

What you'll get in return

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks)
• Experience with Dealer Pro a huge advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and standards
