A leading enterprise organisation is seeking a Senior IDAM Engineer to join their cybersecurity team. With a strong pipeline of transformation projects underway, this is a high-impact role offering the chance to shape and deliver secure, scalable identity solutions across a diverse IT landscape.

Your new role

As a Senior IDAM Engineer, you will be accountable for the design and implementation of IDAM technology changes, enhancing existing controls and introducing new capabilities. You will support the delivery of a major IDAM uplift, migrating from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID and implementing Saviynt IGA as well as CyberArk for PAM and troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as needed. As the subject-matter-expert (SME) you will act as the key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendor resources. You will lead identity governance maturity efforts, identify and resolve business process gaps, and ensure compliance with identity management policies and standards. Additionally, you will develop a consistent technology access experience, create and maintain relevant documentation, and provide strategic advice and guidance on IDAM solutions. You will closely collaborate with the internal architect and engage with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong background in identity and access management (IDAM) and extensive experience implementing and operating PAM, IGA, and IAM technologies.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Saviynt (IGA), and/or CyberArk (PAM) (or similar products)
  • In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorisation protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC).
  • Proficiency in deploying IDAM technologies into complex enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity governance frameworks and industry standards including NIST, ISO27001, IEC62443.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complicated technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
