Your new role
You’ll be part of a dynamic design team working on the upgrade and redesign of key digital assets, including both apps and websites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can navigate unfamiliar digital environments, and is passionate about delivering intuitive, customer-first experiences.
What you'll need to succeed
- Collaborate with UX and content teams to design and plan development
- Lead the discovery and navigation of legacy and unfamiliar applications
- Work independently and proactively with the design team
- Deliver end-to-end customer experience design solutions
- Champion a customer-first mindset throughout the design process
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams
- Translate project notes and insights into actionable design outcomes
What you'll get in return
- Proven UX and UI design experience, with strong Figma skills
- Alternatively, experience in a managerial role with excellent communication and leadership qualities
- 5+ years working with UX delivery teams (preferred)
- Experience in telco organisations is highly regarded.
- Deep understanding of UX processes, frameworks, and research methodologies (preferred)
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience navigating and designing for unfamiliar or legacy systems is highly valued.
