Your new role

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for custom and project homes
• Interpreting architectural plans and specifications
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Using Databuild software to manage and streamline estimating processes
• Supporting the sales team with timely and accurate pricing information
• This is a full-time, office-based role with an immediate start available.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Sales Estimator in the residential construction industry
• Strong knowledge of custom and project home builds
• Proficiency in Databuild software (essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
