Hays are currently working with a well-known Architecture company who are looking for their next EA/Office Manager in Subiaco, paying up to $110k + superannuation.
Your new role
As the EA/Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing administrative and personal support to the Principal and COO. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited too;
Manage calendars, emails, and travel arrangements for the Principal.
Assist with the Principal’s property portfolio and related communications.
Oversee office maintenance and coordinate with cleaning and service contractors.
Manage IT and mobile equipment, software licencing, and asset register.
Manage seating plans, desk allocations, and general office organisation.
Coordinate internal events and handle day-to-day admin tasks.
Supervise reception staff and operations.
Monitor and ensure reception KPIs are achieved.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role and your excellent organisational skills will lead you to your success, as will;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to work on a variety of tasks autonomously.
Willingness to learn and collaborate.
