We are partnered with this State Government organisation in Brisbane CBD to recruit a Customer Relations Officer for a 12-month contract.
Your new role
As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer feedback, complaints, and enquiries with efficiency and professionalism. You will engage with both customers and stakeholders to ensure positive and timely outcomes. In this temporary role, you will:
Engage with a broad range of stakeholders to address customer feedback and complaints through efficient coordination, tracking, and analysis.
Manage your workload effectively, adjusting priorities as needed to meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide support for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including triaging queries, gathering feedback, and delivering training to users.
Analyse and present information clearly to stakeholders to support decision-making.
Investigate and assess complaints, make informed decisions within established policies and procedures, or escalate more complex matters as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this position, you should have:
The ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
Demonstrated experience in customer service and complaint handling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in a government setting is highly regarded.
