Your new company

Your new company is a D&C construction company based in the inner city suburbs of Brisbane. They have a large focus on Childcare, Schools, New-build and Mix-use commercial projects ranging up to $15M. They are now looking at expanding their team for a project due to commence in July.

Your new role

In your new role you will be in charge of:

- Project planning, scheduling, cost-controlling and budgeting
- Managing client and subcontractor relationships throughout the whole project life-cycle
- Providing technical knowledge and commercial awareness to clients and senior management
- Qualifications or education in construction management or any related field

What you'll need to succeed

What you'll need to succeed is a minimum of 5-years of project management experience, on education and mix-use commercial projects ranging up to $15M value.
Precious experience with project procurement - ECI & D&C & Cost Plus.

Software experience in the following:
- MS Project
- Procore
- Hammertech
