Looking for change lead with major capital experience

Your new company

The Victorian water board agency is looking for Change Lead to contribute to their Capital Program.


Your new role

The role entails crafting and executing change in major capital infrastructure projects. Identify the risk associated with change implementation. You'll be a key person in the change process to assess an effective plan, metrics and activity.


What you'll need to succeed

As a seasoned change lead, you should have expertise in distinguishing between tasks of varying importance, managing and modifying them as necessary. You’ll also need to have:

  • Experience in Major capital contract project as Change lead/manager
  • Demonstrated expertise in change process and planning.
  • Ability to collect artifacts relevant to project risk and procurement, costing information
  • Experience and understanding of areas like Contracts, Procurement, Governance, Risk, IT, Capital system
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for external comms
