Your new role

As the Digital Communications Officer, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and effective digital content across a range of platforms. Your key duties will include:
  • Producing multimedia content including videos, photography, and audio
  • Supporting the development and delivery of social media and digital advertising strategies
  • Creating and distributing e-newsletters and updating website content
  • Providing digital support during emergency situations
  • Advising on digital trends and contributing to the organisation’s digital strategy

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Demonstrated experience in multimedia content creation and video production
  • Strong skills in social media content development, analytics, and reporting
  • Experience with e-newsletters, website content management, and digital communications tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • A current Class C driving licence
  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Digital Media or a related field (desirable)
