Your new role

As a Business Analyst in the Workforce Transition team, you will play a key role in supporting the establishment of a new university entity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing and mapping business processes to support service transformation.

• Coordinating and validating workforce data using Orgvue.

• Delivering training and coaching on Orgvue to internal stakeholders.

• Providing high-quality advice on data analysis and reporting.

• Identifying system enhancements and supporting testing and implementation.

• Developing and maintaining business process documentation and training materials.

• Building strong relationships across multiple university teams and external partners.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong analytical skills and experience in data collection, manipulation, and reporting.

• High-level proficiency in Excel and business analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive, outcome-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• A relevant degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desirable: Familiarity with university systems and processes, and experience using Orgvue.
