Your new role
As the Administrative Coordinator based in the Townsville workshop, you will play a key role in supporting the North Queensland Manager and Workshop Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily workshop operations, managing customer contracts and site access, handling freight and stock logistics, preparing basic supply quotes, and ensuring timely submission of documentation and reports. You’ll also assist with procurement, data entry, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in administration or coordination roles, ideally within a workshop, logistics, or industrial setting.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
A customer-focused mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
A sound understanding of warehouse or workshop operations and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety practices.
Desirable attributes include resilience, initiative, and a drive to support team success.
