Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in a major transformation program focused on safety camera systems and inter-agency collaboration. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:
Lead the investigation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
Develop business cases and briefing papers to support strategic decision-making.
Create detailed specifications for tenders and procurement documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and validate functional specifications.
Facilitate design sessions and workshops with technical teams and business units.
Support the development of project documentation and governance frameworks.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in business analysis within complex environments, ideally involving systems integration.
Strong capability in business case development, stakeholder engagement, and process modelling.
Demonstrated success in delivering documentation for procurement and project governance.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
A proactive, analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality outcomes.
Eligibility to pass a police check and willingness to sign confidentiality and conflict of interest declarations.
Desirable: Experience in public sector environments and familiarity with government systems and processes.
