Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in a major transformation program focused on safety camera systems and inter-agency collaboration. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the investigation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.

• Develop business cases and briefing papers to support strategic decision-making.

• Create detailed specifications for tenders and procurement documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and validate functional specifications.

• Facilitate design sessions and workshops with technical teams and business units.

• Support the development of project documentation and governance frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in business analysis within complex environments, ideally involving systems integration.

• Strong capability in business case development, stakeholder engagement, and process modelling.

• Demonstrated success in delivering documentation for procurement and project governance.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.

• A proactive, analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality outcomes.

• Eligibility to pass a police check and willingness to sign confidentiality and conflict of interest declarations.

Desirable: Experience in public sector environments and familiarity with government systems and processes.
