Your new role
We are seeking a Functional Analyst & Application Administrator who can be immediately productive and is highly proficient in configuring and administering the Oracle CX Cloud suite of applications, with a particular focus on Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow platform). Additional experience configuring Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua platform) would be an advantage. Demonstrated understanding of the business user perspective and the ability to develop technical designs in response to both documented and evolving user requirements is essential for success in this role. The role will involve hands-on configuration and administration of the system and data work, as well as regular communication with both the business and team members across IT.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience working with business users to refine requirements and design integration solutions to meet their needs.
Demonstrated ability to quickly become a productive member of a cross-functional team.
Demonstrated skills in personal time management and the ability to maintain high productivity with minimum supervision.
Demonstrated ability to lead, teach and mentor less experienced information technology staff.
Experience configuring Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua platform)
Experience working with other systems in the Oracle CX suite, such as Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle CPQ
