Your new role

• Lead a team of settlement and doc verification individuals in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure smooth workflow, daily operations and compliance whilst driving efficiencies, process improvement and uplifting the level of service
• Manage performance, conduct 1 on 1s and to be a point of escalation for clients and allocation of work
• Assisting in technology improvements and transformation
• Be instrumental in stakeholder management

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in leading teams across operations in financial services
• Good communication skills and someone who can build rapport with teams and stakeholders
• The ability to be open; to analyse operations & processes and to put forward continuous improvement ideas
• Strong knowledge in mortgage operations with settlement experience desirable
• Passionate about achieving quality outcomes and coaching the team to continuously improve
