Are you passionate about delivering high quality customer service? Hays are currently working with a well-known superannuation company who are looking for their next Member Services Consultant to join their team in Perth, paying up to $65k + super.

Your new role

As the Member Services Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for members with superannuation and retirement enquiries. You'll provide technical support and fund product information in a professional and customer-focused manner. Your key responsibilities will include, but will not limited too;

• Provide high-quality customer service via calls, emails, and Click to Chat.

• Resolve queries efficiently, ensuring first call resolution.

• Identify and offer "Value Add" services without giving financial advice.

• Meet all KPIs and internal SLAs.

• Participate in training and continuously improve superannuation knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role and your excellent customer service skills will lead you to your success, as will;

• Proficient in Excel and Word.

• Excellent communication skills and pleasant phone manner.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Team player with attention to detail.

• Experience in financial services or superannuation is desirable, but not essential.
