In this role you’ll be working for a worldwide service company based within Melbourne Airport.
Your new role
You’ll be responsible for providing support day to day, across different functionalities of the airport. Due to this role being based at the airport, there is no work from home.
This role will be working 6pm-12am Mon-Fri fixed 30 hours per week ($58,593 + Super)
Providing support via phone and email
Identifying & troubleshooting problems
Support and resolve any airport issues
Creating a positive customer experience
Ability to triage queries and complaints
Inputting correct data within the system
Following up on all issues when required
What you'll need to succeed
2 years of recent contact centre experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Flexibility to work 24/7 365 days per year
Ability to pass a police check and ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
Tech-savvy – Can use multiple systems, including Microsoft products
Ability to build good relationships
Great communication both written and verbal
Having full working rights without restrictions
