Your New Role
As a Senior Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising Appian applications to streamline business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into effective solutions, and lead technical implementations. This role also involves mentoring junior developers and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Extensive experience in Appian development, including process models, records, sites, and interfaces
  • Strong understanding of BPM principles and best practices
  • Expertise in integrations, APIs, and relational databases
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Appian certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
