Your new role

In this team, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement of digital products and services. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product and business owners.

• Conducting business, provider, and participant engagement activities to co-design project requirements and outcomes.

• Illustrating concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

• Designing wireframes and prototypes, both low and high fidelity, for mobile and web.

• Conducting user research, including usability testing.

• Influencing project documentation to support UI/UX requirements definition.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in eliciting UI/UX requirements through techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews.

• Contemporary knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines.

• Proven experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present messages clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.

• Experience designing for Salesforce (desirable).
