Your new role
In this team, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement of digital products and services. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product and business owners.
Conducting business, provider, and participant engagement activities to co-design project requirements and outcomes.
Illustrating concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Designing wireframes and prototypes, both low and high fidelity, for mobile and web.
Conducting user research, including usability testing.
Influencing project documentation to support UI/UX requirements definition.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in eliciting UI/UX requirements through techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews.
Contemporary knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines.
Proven experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present messages clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.
Experience designing for Salesforce (desirable).
