Your new role

As a Client Account Manager, you are responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships through frequent engagement and understanding customer needs, which translate into long-lasting business partnerships and driving sales for the company. You will be provided with full training and support from a cross-functional team, and the opportunity to work alongside a great team, involved in different projects to explore your true potential.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong understanding of Radiology market sector specifically on patient journey and potential improvement in Radiology services

• Strong people skills with the aspiration of providing the best customer service through constant engagement with vendors and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills with great business acumen in building rapport, present, and influence credibly throughout all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.

• Detail-oriented mindset with good listening skills and accuracy in information

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced way, with a curiosity to learn and excel in new technology and new market transformation
