What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant trade qualification (e.g, Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
• Sound knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
