Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of cybersecurity and technology uplift projects. Your duties will include developing and executing project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and security standards. You will oversee the uplift of the cybersecurity posture from level 1 to level 2, incorporating initiatives such as application gardening, cyber operations, GRC, SIEM, SOC, macro restrictions, and Microsoft Defender. You will manage risks, issues, and changes, while embedding cybersecurity protocols across all phases. Monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, and communicating effectively with stakeholders—including clients, team members, and senior leadership—will be key to your role. This position requires full-time presence in the office, five days a week.

Previous experience as a Project Manager specifically in cybersecurity projects is essential, including hands-on involvement in vendor management and successfully uplifting cybersecurity posture from level 1 to level 2. A solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and operational security practices will be key to protecting the organization’s digital infrastructure.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, making significant decisions and being accountable for delivering initiatives on time, within budget, and to high standards. You will be part of a supportive environment that values your contributions and offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
