Accounts Officer (Temporary to Permanent)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. This role primarily focusses on accounts payable, with responsibilities including processing between 20–50 invoices per day. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed.
About You:
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
