Your new role

As an IT Graduate, you will embark on an exciting career journey, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the company's IT initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.

• Conduct of site hardware assessments and setup of site hardware and internet connectivity

• Providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Works with external customers to verify documents (inductions, certificates / licences etc) in readiness for User Acceptance Testing & Go Live

• Participating in system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.

• Collaborating with IT teams on various projects and initiatives.

• Provides support to Thales Australia RapidGlobal instance administrators to ensure readiness for User Acceptance Testing & Go Live

• Learning and applying best practices in system administration and IT security.

• Documenting IT processes and procedures.

• Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Australian Citizen

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.

• Familiarity with IT support and system administration tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
