Your new role
As an IT Graduate, you will embark on an exciting career journey, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the company's IT initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Conduct of site hardware assessments and setup of site hardware and internet connectivity
Providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Works with external customers to verify documents (inductions, certificates / licences etc) in readiness for User Acceptance Testing & Go Live
Participating in system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
Collaborating with IT teams on various projects and initiatives.
Provides support to Thales Australia RapidGlobal instance administrators to ensure readiness for User Acceptance Testing & Go Live
Learning and applying best practices in system administration and IT security.
Documenting IT processes and procedures.
Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Australian Citizen
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
Familiarity with IT support and system administration tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
