Your new role
Your new role will be leading a team of 4 designers, allocating resources, managing briefs and ensuring projects are completed on-time and on budget. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of marketing operations by the wider Marketing team, allocating resources across our talented digital (UX, Social, Automation) and design teams in the business. Acting as central hub, you'll need experience of working in a design studio and strong people leadership qualities.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 6 years' experience in a Production Coordination, Traffic or Project Management role.
Strong people management skills
Ideally, a background working in a regulated environment - e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare etc.
Experience with Adobe Workfront Project Management, Proof HQ system or similar
Excellent understanding of the activities and operations of an in-house marketing department
