Your new role

• Reviewing, verifying, and entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
• Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors, including GST compliance.
• Balancing payable reports and supplier statements to maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitoring company expenditures, including payroll and petty cash accounts.
• Responding to queries from suppliers, customers, and internal staff regarding payments and expenses.
• Preparing monthly expense statements and financial reports.

What you'll need to succeed

• Clear and professional interaction with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Experience in Accounting or a similar role
• Prioritising tasks to meet payment deadlines and manage workload effectively.
• Working seamlessly with other departments, like purchasing and finance.
• Willingness to undergo an international police check (if not an Australian Citizen)
