You will join a Federal Government Agency that is dedicated to revolutionising case management solutions. They are on a mission to replace legacy systems with cutting-edge technology in a hybrid cloud environment.

Your new role

As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be a key player in the Case Management Solution Program team. This multi-year program aims to replace a range of legacy business applications with a new platform (D365 Customer Service). Currently in the delivery phase, the platform is already operating as an MVP for two business areas. Reporting to the Technical Lead, you will work with multi-disciplinary product teams to design and develop solutions using MS D365 and Power Platform.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience in software development, particularly within the Microsoft environment (Power Platform, D365, .NET C#, SQL Server, ETL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, JavaScript libraries, PowerShell or VBScript).
  • Proven capability in identifying, creating, and applying software development and security standards.
  • Experience in specifying and designing large or complex software applications, components, and modules.
  • Strong skills in managing and supporting the deployment of systems and software life cycle working practices.
  • Familiarity with modern technology approaches such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, PRINCE2/PMBOK is highly desirable.
