Your new role
As a Workforce Planning Business Partner, you will:
  • Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to identify medium to long-term resourcing needs, including workforce analysis and risk management.
  • Enhance visibility of future capability requirements, ensuring managers can source the right skills in time to meet project and workload demands.
  • Analyse and interpret key HR data to create, maintain, and deliver detailed workforce reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Support the workforce planning pilot program, including developing templates and collaborating with key stakeholders to address workforce planning challenges.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will have:
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, solutions-focused workforce planning services to a diverse client base, including senior management.
  • Experience in leading organisational change management initiatives.
  • Strategic and holistic thinking, with the ability to anticipate and quantify the potential costs and benefits of various actions.
  • Ability to integrate information from multiple HR sources and channels.
  • Experience in analysing and presenting people data to an executive audience.
