Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with program, business, and technical teams to define, validate, and manage requirements for key digital initiatives. Your role involves facilitating workshops, translating business needs into actionable outcomes, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders. You’ll play a crucial part in delivering structured solutions that align with architectural strategies while maintaining a customer focus.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including workshop facilitation
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and relationships
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
