The culture is built around collaboration, support, and innovation. We are now looking for a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and enhance relationships within a designated territory of existing employers and members to boost engagement and resolve issues.
- Foster strong connections across various levels within serviced employers.
- Develop and execute service plans to ensure retention, engagement, and growth opportunities.
- Organise and deliver educational seminars for employers/members, both in-person and virtually.
- Participate in employer and member events across all regions.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of employer and member interactions.
- Promote campaigns and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
- Identify and address new and existing business opportunities within current employers, focusing on growth.
- Establish new relationships with potential employers.
- Undertake additional initiatives as directed by the Team Leader Education and Growth.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in a similar role within financial services or superannuation.
- Understanding of superannuation products, including defined benefit, risk, insurance, Centrelink, investment choice, and pension-based products.
- Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience delivering presentations to various stakeholder groups.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Ability to service regional areas, including overnight stays.
Education, Qualifications, and Accreditation:
- Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline, tertiary degree preferred.
- Superannuation RG 146 essential (or willingness to obtain).
- Diploma of Financial Planning desirable.
- Unrestricted driver’s licence.
