Your new role

• Developing comprehensive construction programs and overseeing their implementation, with continuous monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating with supervisors and superintendents to procure and plan project resources, including materials and labour.
• Preparing and authorising subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and supply agreements.
• Monitoring daily costs, identifying variations or additional work with superintendents, and preparing end-of-month claims and reports.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor's Degree in Diploma in Engineering from an accredited tertiary institution.
• Extensive experience in civil engineering, with strong project oversight skills.
• Exceptional management and leadership abilities, demonstrating the capacity to lead and inspire a team.
• Recent hands-on experience in road projects, coupled with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within teams or autonomy when required.
• DTMR or Subdivision project experience is considered HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS.
