Your new role

You will work within a small, collaborative legal team while being responsible for the following:

• Contract Drafting & Negotiation – Draft, review, and negotiate property investment contracts.
• Legal Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure seamless compliance with property regulations.
• High-Volume Settlements (PEXA) – Manage settlements across all Australian jurisdictions.
• Due Diligence & Property Acquisition – Conduct thorough legal analysis of investment properties.
• Strategic Involvement – Work with leadership to develop legal structures for new investment models

What you'll need to succeed

• Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Australia
• 2–4 years PAE experience practising in property law and conveyancing, managing transactions from start to finish.
• Strong attention to detail – Ensuring accuracy and compliance with all documents.
• Tech-savvy approach – Comfortable using digital legal platforms such as PEXA and legal research tools.
• Strategic mindset – Thinking beyond routine conveyancing to contribute to a larger legal framework
