Hays has partnered with a reputable Strata Management Company based in Southern Sydney to find an experienced Strata Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. This Strata Company manages a large portfolio and is in a period of expansion.

Your new role

If you are successful in this role, you will:

• Manage an established portfolio of up to 70 buildings
• Prompt follow-up and resolution of enquiries.
• Provide high levels of customer service.
• Issue notices and resolve issues.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a customer-centric team player who has:

• Experience as a Strata Manager.
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Great attention to detail and organisation skills.
• The ability to build strong client relationships.

What you'll get in return

If you are successful in the role, you will work Monday to Friday, 8:30–5:00 with some after-hours work. This company offers a day off a fortnight in lieu of extra hours worked.
