Your new role

As the Operational Risk Analytics and Assurance Senior Manager, you will lead a team of risk professionals, providing strategic advice and leveraging advanced analytics to manage operational and emerging risks. You'll collaborate with various business units and stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices are consistently embedded.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in the financial services industry in a risk or regulatory capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Ability to quickly upskill in emerging technologies such as AI, cybersecurity and cloud computing.
