HVAC Technician

Our client is a local well-established Canberra business with over 20+ years’ experience in the industry seeking multiple qualified HVAC techs to join their team on a permanent basis. They specialise in both the installation of HVAC systems and scheduled, preventative, and reactive maintenance in both the residential and commercial building sectors and have some impressive projects and ongoing clientele in their large portfolio.
Your new role
In your new role, you will have the opportunity to work in the residential and commercial building sector and perform:
- Installation and maintenance of HVAC Systems (Heating, cooling, splits and ventilation units)
- Running, connecting and testing of HVAC systems
- Performing routine inspections and diagnosing faults
- Cleaning, replacing and servicing HVAC components
- Work in a safe and efficient manner and in relation to all WHS procedures
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidates must have:
- Certificate 3 in Airconditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
- ARCtick
Refrigerant handling licence preferred - Experience in both installations and maintenance preferred
- Residential and/or commercial HVAC experience
- White card, Asbestos awareness and silica awareness tickets
