Your new role

  • Manage and coordinate bid responses, approvals, and submissions, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness.
  • Lead the Bids and Contracts team to deliver accurate briefs, schedules, and pricing reviews.
  • Develop and maintain the Five Year Sales Plan and Order Intake budget, including executive-level reporting.
  • Coordinate Contract Negotiation Team activities and provide leadership and support as needed.
  • Liaise with Defence and government stakeholders to support upcoming tenders and capture activities.
  • Provide commercial input into contract documentation, pricing strategies, and negotiation support.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in managing a small team
  • Knowledge of ASDEFCON contract suite
  • Baseline clearance is preferred or the ability to obtain a clearance
  • Communicates clearly and can influence positive outcomes across different teams.
  • Works collaboratively with a focus on finding practical solutions.
  • Takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision
