Your new role

I am currently working with a company working across multiple areas of expertise in the maritime space. After significant expansion in the Canberra HQ, they are looking for multiple levels of engineers to join their growing team. Currently, the team are seeking a Junior / Graduate Engineer, as well as a mid-level Systems Engineer to join their team. We are seeking engineering professionals to support a range of technical programs across various sectors. These roles involve managing engineering documentation, change processes, and system configurations within complex environments. The team are specialist engineers in the Electronic Warfare and maritime domain across communications, EW, RF and more!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain configuration and change management plans
  • Establish and control system baselines
  • Conduct audits and assessments related to system integrity
  • Prepare and process engineering change documentation
  • Coordinate technical reviews and stakeholder engagement
  • Support general engineering activities including documentation, risk analysis, and compliance

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related)
  • Experience levels range from graduate to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with engineering lifecycle processes and standards
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Previous maritime experience is highly desirable.
  • NV1 clearance or ability to obtain Australian Citizenship
