Your new role
- You’ll be part of the Property Operations Centre, responding to service requests and queries.
- Manage requests from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with property managers and service providers to coordinate maintenance and operations.
- Be proactive in managing tasks to avoid any service level agreement (SLA) breaches.
- Keep customers informed throughout the work order lifecycle.
- Handle emergency maintenance communications with precision.
- Assess, approve, and validate financial aspects of work orders.
- Contribute to portfolio-specific projects and support property managers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Facility Co-ordination experience in a corporate setting is highly desirable but not essential
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver innovative and sound property solutions with exceptional customer service.
- Property Knowledge: Understand property terminology and basic types of tenure.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Strong organisational and time management skills.
- MS Office Proficiency: Essential skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Facilities Management Knowledge: Familiarity with Facilities Management principles and methods is preferred.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with DMAIC & Lean Six Sigma is considered favourably.
