Your new role

As the Associate Commercial Director/Director, this position will find you undertaking Business Development activities both independently and in conjunction with the broader Quantity Surveying team including the development of existing clients and identifying new clients and in the market. Manage the team of quantity surveyors ensuring their work is delivered in an accurate and timely manner. Preparing feasibility studies, cost planning through the master planning phase to completion of the documentation phase, including providing specific cost advice for various elements of the project.

What you'll need to succeed

You will already be working as a Director or looking for the next step in your career. You will have an extensive background of quantity surveying and are looking for a new opportunity to work with a market leader. You have great people skills and enjoy managing, developing and supporting a team. You enjoy business development and have well-established relationships in education, health and the building sectors.
