Your new role

As a member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring developed systems are thoroughly tested against business requirements, providing stakeholder updates and communications, and supporting business readiness. Your role will involve managing, maintaining, and updating detailed processes and system user guides.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in system testing activities and quality assurance, including updating and executing test scripts.

• Ability to support the development of change management, communication, and training materials.

• Proficiency in developing processes, procedures, and system instructions/user guides.

• Strong communication skills to deliver training and updates to colleagues across the Division.

• Capability to assess the impact of proposed system changes and support their implementation through a structured release cycle.

• User-centred mindset, excellent analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Strong documentation abilities to explain complex technical information effectively.
