A large Federal Government Department is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive a muti-year high profile program from end to end. This role will be based out of Sydney CBD and has flexible working arrangements.

Your new role

In your new role as a Senior Project Manager you will work closely with the wider Project Team to implement a new call centre transformation which will impact customers and improve services.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working on large transformation projects from a business and technical perspective. The ideal candidate will have delivered call centre or contact centre implementation from a technical solution and operational process change. You will need to be flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment to regular changing priorities. You will need to have extensive stakeholder management experience, with confidence in communicating all levels of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have change management experience as well.
