Your new company

We have partnered with an internationally renowned services firm seeking a Site Supervisor to assist with a 6-month industrial new build in the South East of Melbourne. The project is a $10M industrial development, getting underway in the next 4–5 weeks. Responsibilities include coordinating trades and subcontractors, and assisting the PM by overseeing site activities and ensuring the project is kept in line with the program.

Your new role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Resolution skills, ability to establish and maintain relationships with client and subcontractor

• Review of project progress and report preparation

• Assist in the delivery and commissioning activities of this industrial facility

• Supervise and Coordinate trades and on-site activities to enable the delivery of this $10m Environmental/Industrial project

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Construction Management role

• Cert IV WHS preferred

• Experience delivering projects up to $10m

• Industrial build experience preferred but not essential

• Drivers' Licence

• Knowledge and understanding of OHS requirements, and local regulations
