Your new role

There is a strong need for an Assistant Project Manager to manage property, construction & development projects/services for clients' individual needs. This role has the potential for you to grow into a senior member of the company to advance your career growth. The team is currently working on a string pipeline of work with over 30 current projects due for completion over 2024. Primarily, you will be focused on working through Defect Liability Periods on past projects and assisting the team with future project compliance and procurement. If you are seeking to work for an established and accomplished contender in the commercial facilities, property and project market, this is the role for you!

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a highly professional approach to your work and have experience in a fast-paced project like an environment/have a passion for project management. This role may suit an experienced property professional looking to progress their career path in the private sector.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management and client relationship skills
  • A tertiary qualification (or working towards)
  • The ability to solve problems and take an innovative and independent approach to your role
  • Ability to lead and drive the best results from a project team
  • Demonstrated high level of administration exposure
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to write and present professional proposals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
