Our client is a reputable financial services institution that specialise in delivering the full range of mortgage processes and administration services.
Your new role
You will work within a specialised team and will primarily be responsible for the full ownership of processing files from document preparation through to settlement. Some of your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Preparing and sending loan contracts and all required mortgage documents in line with client instructions
- Checking of all signed loan documents to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
- Attend to the preparation of the PEXA workspace or a paper settlement, then the preparation of settlement instructions for the nominated settlement agent
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure lodgement of documents occur within agreed service level agreements
Attend to requisitions received from Land Registry Services within agreed service level
What you'll need to succeed
- Worked as a lawyer, licensed conveyancer or experienced paralegal with 3-4 years of experience in the banking and finance or conveyancing industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
