Key Responsibilities:

End-User Support: Be the first point of contact for all IT-related enquiries, incidents, and service requests. Provide timely and effective resolution to technical issues.
System Monitoring: Monitor our IT infrastructure, identify potential problems, and proactively address them.
Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software-related issues, including Microsoft Office Suite, CAD software, and project management tools.
Hardware Support: Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and user requests.
Collaboration: Work closely with our architects, designers, and other teams to ensure seamless IT operations.

What you'll need to succeed

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk suite, JIRA ticketing system and basic networking concepts.
Customer-Centric: Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Certifications: ITIL or HDI certification is a plus.

** Applicants who have exposure to working in the architectural, engineering or construction firms are desirable.
