Your new role
In this role you will be a Graphic Designer working with instructional Designers to begin to deliver an eLearning project.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading design solutions from concept to delivery in a range of formats and for a variety of communication channels, including print and digital materials such as brochures, pullup banners, flyers, signage, online digital learning programs, infographics, e-newsletters and presentations.
- Mentor team members and stakeholders on best practices for graphic design and print production processes. Work collaboratively with Instructional designers to develop learning and development artefacts.
- Proficiently utilise a variety of contemporary design software tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Producing and delivering graphic design, audio visual production, sound production, animation and motion design, photography, and graphic art services across traditional and digital mediums.
- Developing, maintaining, and providing advice on the CLE eLearning modules, branding, templates, and programs and advise on whole-of-government branding guidelines and corporate identity.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with senior management across Queensland Government agencies,
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong demonstrated experience in graphic design, managing and delivering creative outputs. This includes extensive demonstrated experience using contemporary equipment and software within a creative environment, with the capacity to develop guidelines and standards relating to design operations and functions.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in partnership and build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan and manage the delivery of numerous competing priorities.
